    1. I have read Miracle in Carvoeiro and this is a sequel with a lot of the same characters It starts in 1311 with the end of the Knights Templar The rest of the story is an amusing treasure hunt involving the mafia and the Vatican It s set in Portugal and is based on the premise that Templar treasure made its way to that country and was used secretly to fund the age of discoveries n interesting but unproven idea it s well written and absorbing I enjoyed it immensely.
