    3. Relative to other books on agile methods, this is ok Focuses, as the cover says, on the interpersonal aspect It s good for what it is I d recommend taking a look if you plan on using agile methods in your lifetime I d say 3.5 stars, but the option wasn t available.

    4. I really liked this book It presented a lot of great ideas for promoting cultural change Definitely some things I want to try to apply on the job The jury is still out on whether or not these ideas will be effective.
