    1. This book is based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, something that doesn t work with me very well But I got good tips and support working through the book Passed the book along too.

Life changingIf you ve read The Beck Diet Solution but struggle to put everything into practice, this workbook is for you Easy to read and follow You need to be ready to change your life for this to work No magic pills, just structured activity and reprogramming of the way you think about food, eating and exercise on your way to sustainable weight loss.

This is a six week course to help you succeed on whatever diet you choose It is not a diet in and of itself, but tools to use to learn how to eat normally It is divided into days and each day is an new habit to help you to stay on target.I am still using this book, but not as much as I would like I love the program, but finding time to really focus on it, is hard for me right now.I am going to keep on trying though There is not short cut to weight loss.

One thing I never learned about dieting and maintaining a healthy weight was how to change my way of thinking about food and how to keep myself in check even after the weight is gone I highly recommend Beck s book because it may have been the key to unlocking how to get healthy and stay that way It s not a diet It is cognitive behavioral therapy for people who want to change the way they think about food and healthy habits.

    5. I m currently on day 14 of this This book is what made it really sink in that in order to keep the weight off that I lost I d need to change something other than my caloric intake.

    6. I haven t really gotten to far into this yet, but self discovery seems likely Really good read Addresses the serious underlying issues of most people dealing with the need for weight loss.

    7. Very helpful in implementing the activities and new practices introduced in the actual Beck Diet Solution book.
