    1. Goddess bootcamp definitely wasn t as good as the first book in this series, Oh My Gods However, I did enjoy learning about Phoebe, Stella, Griffin, and even Adara. My favorite part in this book was definitely the scenes with Phoebe and Stella We see how both of them actually care for one another And we find out how Stella has her own crush she s pining for Daemon and Phoebe s mom were there, always supportive of Phoebe s uncontrollable powers.I found the whole theme, controlling your powers, qu [...]

    2. Was surprised about the test Once again I felt the great need to exercise while reading this book, something that s very difficult for any author to accomplish Any book that makes me want to get in shape and learn Greek so I can meet handsome Greek demi gods is pretty special.

    3. REVIEWPhoebe may be a descendant of Nike, but she has a lot to learn when it comes to mastering her powers It s not exactly a good thing to turn your living room into a beach and your parents bedroom into a winter wonderland All the silly situations that Phoebe got herself into were hilarious.Speaking of powers, I loved learning about all the powers that the classmates had Autoportation lets you to move oneself to a different location through nonphysical means Imagine the possibilities In this [...]

Phoebe, who recently discovered she s a descendant of Nike the goddess, not the shoe , is finding that supernatural powers come with a crazy learning curve Her stepfather, headmaster of the Academy for descendants of the Greek gods, has enrolled her at Dynamotheos Development Camp aka Goddess Boot Camp with a bunch of ten year olds for the summer Embarrassing as that is, hopefully it ll help her gain control over her powers in time to pass the test of the gods, continue training hard enough to q [...]

    5. Sweet, cute, light and easy Those are the words I d use to describe this adorable quick, clean read Perfect for girls ages 11 to 14

    6. Phoebe Castor thought that she was a normal 17 year old who just loved running, but when her mother marries Daimen, her life gets turned around She had just discovered that she is a descendant of Nike, in fact Nike was her great grandmother on her father s side of the family With her new found powers and the upcoming race, stakes are higher than ever to learn how to control her powers and train at the same time As if tension is not high enough, the Gods are making Phoebe take a test to make sure [...]

    7. I really enjoyed reading this book about a goddess book camp The main character, phoebe, a teenage who recently discovers she s a descendant of Nike When she finds her crazy power, she also finds out she has some major responsibilities I can relate to her because she s just a teenager going through a rough patch in her life that will end in great success The book was light and enjoyable while also throwing in action packed mystery Feel the victory inside you Childs 230 was an important quote I c [...]

    8. So I decided to read this book because I read the first one, and I couldn t read the first one and not read the second one I found that this book was for a pre teen because I found this kind of childish, but I did like it because of the mystical, magical, power, part of it It s basically just the second part to the first book, Oh.My.Gods and it s about how Phoebe learns how to control her powers since she s the descendant of Nike, and I like it because it shows her thinking process from the beg [...]

    9. Now that Phoebe knows that the goddess Nike is her great grandmother, she has to figure out how to cope and control her super powers as being so close in ancestry to a goddess makes her stronger than most of the classmates that mocked her in the last series for being merely human The joke s on them as hijinks ensue whenever Phoebe loses control of her powers often but then Phoebe is forced to attend Goddess Boot Camp with kids nearly half her age and counselors who are fellow classmates Why is s [...]

    10. DO NOT READ THIS UNLESS YOU HAVE READ OH MY GODS Phoebe made the team and got the man of her dreams, but things are far from perfect Since Nike s her great grandmother, her powers are very strong and a little okay, a lot out of control The gods aren t happy about this and decide to test her The problem is that she doesn t know when or where this test will be Damien enrolls her in Goddess Boot Camp where she s stuck with Stella, Adara, and a herd of 10 year olds all day Along with that, she is tr [...]

    11. This book was not for me I read it only because I d read the first one and even that wasn t something I usually like Sure, people who like easy reads with a bit of magic will find it a good read but it didn t do it for me It is not to say that the book was OK that I rated it two The author is good and it has magic and Greek content Yet it was a bit of a tween book There was a lot of hype on the final test ,that in the end was a tad bit disappointing And as far as I know there isn t a third book [...]

    12. After Phoebe finds out that she is a descendant of Nike the goddess not the shoe she has to learn to control her crazy powers Right before her Mom and her new step dad leave for their honeymoon she finds out she is going to have a test on her powers While in the midst of controlling her out of control powers she has to train for Pyathian Games So she is stuck in a house with her dreadful step sister who might just be the trick to getting her powers under control While she has all her friends on [...]

    13. Along with trying to discover the mystery of her father s death, Phoebe also had to learn to trust Griffin Even though they had been dating for nine months, when he started hanging out with his ex girlfriend again, she started to doubt himFor fans of mythology and Childs s books, this is a perfect addition to your collection. For the rest of the review, simply follow the link aleisuremoment 2015 07 Oh My Gods.

    14. Recipe Goddess Boot CampFirst, take three cups of Percy Jackson and the Olympians and water it down with tons of sugary nonsense Add in a dash of The Clique mentality and fashion awareness for some weird reason Mix altogether and over bake to get another story about the children of Greek god that never got past two novels because literally why does this exist If you re looking for frosting, check out the novellas.

    15. A great sequel to Oh My Gods The author infuses such great humor into this series that I laughed out loud again and again The novel also provides great storylines about family, relationships, and being true to yourself and following your dreams Sad to see Phoebe s story end but I thoroughly enjoyed the ride Can t wait to read Tera Lynn Childs Forgive My Fins now

    16. Wish there were of these cute books I am kinda sad there isn t a third book in this series This series is cute Really cute Granted if you are looking for the Odyssey this isn t it, but if you are looking for a light fluffy read this is the books for you.

    17. This book made me remember why I stopped reading these lame and predictable YA novels I honestly don t remember why I liked the first book so much, then again I was still in high school and was into that cheesy shit Goddess Boot Camp had obnoxious characters, a boring storyline, with predictable and juvenile writing Now, Adara annoyed me Typical scorned ex who can t let go Ok I understood Phoebe s lack of trust towards Griffin when he kept lying to her and she kept catching him But she was so dr [...]

    18. After the first installment in this series, I was relatively pleased even though it was a fluffy read This time I was hoping Phoebe would be tested a little and stretched a little too thin After all, I really enjoyed Phoebe as a character Unfortunately, my hopes were not realized and really dampened my view on this book. This time around we get an even stronger Phoebe because she s now knows she s a descendant of a Goddess She needs to control her powers and this novel focuses primarily on that [...]

    19. This book was just as bad as ther first one The problem of this book is not the plot although it wasn t the most incredible of plots either , but the writing THIS BOOK HAS THE MOST CHILDISH WRITING I HAVE READ YET Actually reading this book made me hate the first book in the duology even and I didn t like from the beginning It was just a hot mess of a book.Aside from the writing the book was actually boring as well, it was overly perdictable Nothing new or exciting happened in this book that di [...]

    20. I took a while to get around to writing a review to this book but here I am now When I read Oh My Gods I was happy but not jumping up and down with joy I thoroughly enjoyed that book too but this 1 was far better Surprising, since this is the sequel.Phoebe is without a doubt one of my favourite heroines ever She made up for missing out on a great sale since I gave up shopping for her This book had an added suspense angle because she has a blackmailer And believe it or not, this Sherlock and Agat [...]

    22. Where do I begin After reading the first book, I hesitated to read this one But, I had already bought it, so I figured why not I can give you many reasons why not These two books made me question why I m even a fan of Tera Lynn Childs I LOVE Sweet Venom and Sweet Shadows, but both Oh My Gods and Goddess Boot Camp make me want to throw the books against the wall.I do enjoy the style of her writing for the most part, but when one of the character has some dialogue, she stops to describe the scene, [...]

    23. Now that Phoebe has discovered who she is a descendant of Nike she has accepted living in Greece and staying on the small island surrounded by the descendants of the gods There s one problem, however she can t control her powers She s supposed to be enjoying the summer before her second senior year, but instead, Damian, her stepfather, sends her to Goddess Boot Camp On top of that, she s in the midst of training for a running competition that used to be bigger than the Olympics Phoebe s determin [...]
